BrandTailors was requested by Petrom to develop an internal communication campaign that would create awareness on the corporate values and build the desired organizational culture. Given the existence of sub-cultures within the company that were revealed to stand in the way of organizational coherence, the solution was for BrandTailors to transform people who hold the desired behaviors at work into organization heroes and unify them in attitude. Thus, the campaign’s creative concept - "Receive to give" - depicts people involved in pioneering projects and CSR actions to stress the spirit of leadership, sustainability and partnership fundamental to the company.
